This October our family will again be walking in CHOC Walk at the Disneyland Resort. We support CHOC in appreciation of the awesome care and attention our daughter received at CHOC in July 2005 for her first open heart surgery, and the continuing care she receives and will receive throughout her childhood. Is this the one where you have to walk 5 miles and who ever doesn’t make it gets picked up in a car and taken to the finish line? Or was that a rumor?
Um, no. This walk is less than 2 miles, is intended to be easy for families, and takes place inside Disneyland, not on a street. It is a really fun morning, and an awesome cause. You should sign up and walk, too!
